The Carson City Chamber of Commerce will have a ribbon cutting on Thursday, Dec 5 at the former Mo & Sluggos, where the owners will unveil a new name for this popular Carson City watering hole and celebrate 80 years since the end of Prohibition.
The party begins at 4:31 p.m., the exact time that Prohibition ended 80 years ago. Tony's Taqueria will be providing free food and there will be plenty of drink specials.
The address of the bar with the secret name is 110 West Telegraph Street in downtown Carson City.
