CARSON CITY — On late Tuesday, Gov. Brian Sandoval signed a bill that will create a tax incentive program to lure film productions to Nevada.
Introduced by Sen. Aaron Ford, Senate Bill 165 would provide up to $20 million in tax breaks for production companies that spend at least 60 percent of their money toward making movies in Nevada. Ford took to Twitter to express his enthusiasm for the passed legislation.
