Inside Out Chiropractic is most pleased to announce that Katherine Black, MSN, RN, will be offering health consultations (by appointment) out of the Carson City office.
Dr. Black, DC, comments: “Due to my wife’s intellect, education and experience, the scope of these health consultations can be wide and varied. Indeed, she is what I would call ‘wicked smart.’ Katherine is doubled mastered in chemistry and nursing and has worked in most fields of nursing. She also has deep interest, education and experience in the fields of psychotherapy and addiction disorders as well.”
In keeping with Inside Out Chiropractics’ donation based business model (‘We accept all patients’ regardless of ability to pay’); Katherine is making these most valuable consultations available to both new and existing patients of Inside Out Chiropractic via donation. For those members of the community who are financially unable to provide a donation, the consultation will be provided without ‘cost’.
Patients will need to mindful that these consultations will necessarily adhere to all state codes, statutes, scope of practice and licensing laws as applicable to a licensed nurse in the state of Nevada. As such, there will be limitations as to the extent and or specificity of these consultations (eg. Katherine will not be ordering specific tests, prescribing medications, etcetera).
Suffice it to say, the recipients will be provided with valuable, detailed information which will allow them to perhaps better understand their health challenges, different treatment considerations and or approaches to treatment (both allopathic/traditional and holistic).
