Carson City firefighters responded to an early morning fire that destroyed an unoccupied mobile home at the corner of Airport Road and Nye Lane.
The fully engulfed fire was called into dispatch at 1:15 a.m Thursday morning. No one was inside the mobile home and no injuries were reported.
The mobile home had been sitting temporarily in a vacant lot and was not hooked up to utilities. The cause is under investigation, said Carson City Fire Chief Stacey Giomi.
