A two percent (2%) gross receipts tax is estimated to cost Nevada 9,000 jobs and will make Nevada one of the highest corporate tax states in the country. Equivalent to ~15% corporate income tax (CA has 8.8% corporate income tax).
Consumers will pay this tax through the increased cost of goods and services we purchase, things like Gas, Milk and Childcare.
Every resident of Nevada, must learn what this tax really is and what it will cost them. We must learn how to defeat this tax. The MARGINS TAX will be on the November 4th, General Election ballot disguised as Education Initiative No. 3.
