The Nevada Rider Motorcycle Safety Program has scheduled motorcycle safety classes in Carson City.
The Basic RiderCourse is a 2.5-day class that includes classroom and on-cycle instruction. It is designed for beginners or for experienced riders who would like a refresher course on what it takes to ride safely.
Upcoming class dates include: June 13-15, July 25-27, Aug 22-24, Sept. 12-14 and Oct. 10-12.
At a cost of $110 for approximately 7 hours of classroom instruction and 11 hours of riding time on our motorcycles, the BasicRiderCourse includes a knowledge test and riding evaluation after attending all sessions.
Upon successful completion of this class, students can visit their local DMV office to add the “M” endorsement to their driver’s licenses.
