4-SESSION YOGA 4 BEGINNER'S WORKSHOP
A perfect (and cost-effective) way to learn more about the basics of yoga! The 4-part workshop is offered multiple times a year. It is geared toward the absolute beginner. In a relaxed, supportive environment, students will learn basic yoga postures and breathing practices with a focus on safe alignment rather than a “perfect looking posture." Questions are strongly encouraged, and classes are kept small enough so that each student can count on one-on-one contact with the instructor throughout the class. Cost is $40. (mat included)

By the end of each workshop, students will have a working knowledge of many fundamental yoga postures and will feel confident attending other yoga classes offered at our studio. Mats are provided at no cost for the Beginner Workshops, or bring your own mat if you wish. Dress for movement in comfortable, close-fitting clothing. Loose clothing (especially tops) are not recommended. Class size is limited, so advanced registration is advised.
