The Carson City Sheriff’s Office along with the Nevada Highway Patrol held saturation patrols in the capital city area March 15 that resulted in 48 citations and one DUI arrest, said Carson City Sheriff's Office Sgt. Scott McDaniel.
Deputies and NHP troopers looked for intoxicated drivers as well as driving habits and traffic violations which are associated with intoxicated drivers, said McDaniel.
The patrols are designed to keep our roadways safe from impaired and unsafe drivers.
