A 31-year-old Carson City man was arrested Wednesday, 8:38 p.m. in the 1400 block of East William Street on suspicion of failure to pay fines.
According to the arrest report, Carson City sheriff's deputies conducted a traffic stop for an improper turn. Carson City dispatch advised the man had a confirmed warrant issued Jan. 18, 2011 out of Reno Justice Court for failure to pay fines. Bail: $795.
Those arrested and facing charges are innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
