A power outage affected 1,025 NV Energy customers early Sunday morning in the East Carson City and Mound House areas.
NV Energy Spokeswoman Stefanie McCaffrey said there were three separate outages early Sunday morning caused by an underground fault indicator that failed.
The underground network had failed with crews working on it throughout the early morning, she said. Power was restored at around 9:15 a.m. Sunday. Dayton was not affected in the outage, said McCaffrey.
