Ron Wood Family Resource Center will be honoring Carson City Sheriff Ken Furlong as the 2016 Community Leader of the Year. The organization, along with the Legacy of Grace Foundation, will also award 12 outstanding youth leaders for their commitment to academics, volunteerism and community giving.
The event will be on June 10th from 5pm to 8pm at the Governor's Mansion, 606 North Mountain Street. Music, raffle and auction will benefit the Ron Wood Family Resource Center.
Auctioneer and Master of Ceremonies - Congressman Mark Amodei will toast and salute these outstanding leaders for their contribution to community.
