The Vietnam Veterans of America Carson Area Chapter 388 will again be presenting a special observance of National POW/MIA Recognition Day this Friday at 11 a.m. on the Plaza of the Nevada State Veterans Memorial.
The Memorial is located immediately behind the Nevada State Capitol Building at 101 N. Carson in Carson City. Guest speakers will be Carson City Mayor Bob Crowell - himself a member of Chapter 388 and Caleb S. Cage, Director of Military and Veterans Policy for the State of Nevada. Members of the Chapter will also present a "Missing Warrior Table and Honors Ceremony".
Veterans, current military and the general public are most welcome to attend.
