You've no doubt seen the heat and controversy inside and outside of courtrooms across that nation. It seems every case is tried in the court of public opinion before a verdict is even revealed. But what happens in that jury room? How do verdicts get decided? On August 17 at 7 PM, audiences will get their chance to see what happens in the live theatre production of "12 Angry Jurors."
Carson City will get a chance to peek inside a jury room popularized in television, film and on stage. Proscenium Players, Inc will give Carson City a version worthy of the capitol of Nevada - one updated to the current day, filled with anger, passion and intrigue. “12 Angry Jurors” gives audience members a realistic peek inside a jury room and into the anger, conflict and passion which comes into play when 12 people who have never met each other before decide the guilt or innocence of the accused.
The venue, Silver State Charter School Theatre, located at 900 Mallory in Carson City, allows you to get up close and personal. This is a play Carson City will be talking about for awhile.
Don’t miss it!
