The fourth annual First Christian Church Car Show will be held July 13 in the parking lot of Johnny Rockets in Carson City at Carson Lanes Retail Center. Organizers say there may be up to 100 classic cars on display for the event.
The fundraiser provides support for Youth ministries at First Christian Church. Check-in begins at noon with awards set for 6 p.m.
The Rockin' Rev, Ken Haskins, will provide the music. After starting with 20 cars in the first year, organizers say there may be about 100 cars participating in the event, which has grown each year since it began.
For more information on car registration, contact First Christian Church at 883-4836. Johnny Rockets is located inside the Carson Lanes Retail Center, 4600 Snyder Avenue and South Carson Street.
